Want to regain Memory Lost?
83Memory Lost? Want to regain it?
Mostly when we have come to know after some time with an issue of memory, we thought that it is happening because of some kind of health issue or aging issue and we try to accept for time being or just with a question that what can I do for that? It is natural!!
Well what ever reason may be or what ever age group you are passing through but memory lost is some how not easy to accept generally, though so many people are saying like that. I am not talking about serious kind of memory lost, just simply ‘one can not remember names which were easy to remember’ or ‘one can’t remember addresses or telephone numbers, which were easy to remember before!’
And then start the process of normalizing with the things and few remedies are also useful; like, just write the things on a shit of paper and use it when needed! Or develop a habit to keep diary or booklet with such information/s and all such are useful and helpful too! But if such persons are interested to regain such kind of memory lost in few time spending with self process and little technique then is it possible?
Yes it is possible to regain such kind of memory lost within few days/ weeks and some time gaining is more helpful than previous normal thing with the person! Let us talk about few little things, which are individual specific as well as generally also benefited!
These are few message sending breathing techniques to the memory section of the brain, which will help to regain the memory:
Who are used to follow yogic breathing methods will do this easily. Others may have some little difficulty to adjust with the technique:
Step 1: Just sit quietly, close your eyes and gather yourself. Then see your breathing rhythm:
Step 2: You need to count inhaling and then exhaling time. Suppose both have the figure of 6. Then practice with counting 6 this way:
Step 3: Put your right thumb on your right nostril to close it and then breathe with your left nostril counting 6.
Step 4: Now put your third finger of the right hand to close the left nostril also and don’t exhale. Then count 6 again.
When the person closes both the nostril first time after inhaling, s/he must also send this message: The fresh air is reaching to my memory section to recharge it for ever!
Step 5: Remove your thumb to exhale from your right nostril with counting 6.
Step 6: Again close the right nostril so inhaling will not follow naturally and count 6.
This time also the person should send this message to her/his consciousness: My memory section of the brain is absorbing the recharging completely for the betterment of memory.
Step 7: Now repeat entire this process by removing thumb and inhale from right nostril counting 6.
Step 8: Close again both nostril and count 6 with sending message mentioned in step 4.
Step 9: Release breathe from left nostril now with counting 6.
Step 10: Close both the nostril and count 6 with sending message mentioned in step 6.
This is a method of 10 steps to start with. This whole process is one unit. At least one must follow this process with 10 units in the morning and at night before sleeping.
If any one can go ahead with 12, 15 or 20 units then it is fine. But please remember that what you have started is positive thing and don’t forget to do every day as your other things because the benefit starts with regular performance and at least one has to give time to self and her/ his brain to regain the memory as it was before.
The person follows this for two weeks then one can make change increasing counting at step 4 and 6 with counting 8. then after 2 weeks count 10 and reach 12 after 2 weeks. It means one has to reach double counting than inhaling counting. So when the person reach 6>12>6>12>6>12>6 Then s/he will start to regain the memory lost with very positive way by increasing peace in mind as well as freshness all over in appearance too!
I hope that beneficiaries will be there!

Healwell: As much as I am into natural healing, I didn't know there were exercises to improve the memory. The breathing makes sense, as it nourishes our body and brain. Memory loss can be the result of oxygen deprivation. Just tried your exercise, and will print it to make it a frequent practice.
Thanks for a timely tip, as I want to keep my mind sharp!
