Palmistry is good because it has all the things we needed toshow. You can go and show your hand to any palmist! S/he will see the hand and tell you related things regarding your questions or what ever you have problem! But s/he should know the basics and have a history of practice!

But at the same time it is not SO EASY to learn basics and apply immediately. We have noticed in previousarticle that there are certain basic things which could be considered first thing as palmist’s observation and then comes interpretation. In other words, predictionwill be put by the palmist as possibility based on observations and reading of the palm concerned. Every palmist has to remember that palmistry is a discipline of possibilities. The palmist is exploring these possibilities by his/ her reading.

Here I am putting major types of hands, which are mostly talked about:

1. Philosophical Hand: This type of hand has particular kind of things: not soft but not hard type hand. It should be square or little rectangular in size. Mostly fingers and thumb joints would be with knots. Mostly all knots would be visible and noticeable as well as any one can recognize the knot when touched. The back side of the palm would have thin layer of hair and even on fingers also.

2. Practical: Mostly this type of hand has a square appearance. Palm and fingers would be set in separate squares. The image of hand would be like a rectangular but double square hand. One can see slight knots on finger joints. Particularsign is short thumb with a thickness that gives us an assumption that this thumb will never be bent on either side but it could be bent on each side normally.

3. Emotional/ Sentimental: Emotional hand is complete oppositetopractical hand. This type has softness in palm and on the back hand skin. One can easily find the soft fingers and over all movement of the hand also appear like a delicate thing. The thumb has peculiar type of elasticity, bent behind very well or completely rigid to bent!

This type of hand is also known as Psychic Hand because of its emotional and sentimental nature.

4. Intellectual: This type of hand has specific slight narrow appearance frombase of palmto finger tips. But at the same time slight knots are visible on finger’s joints and a good shaped thumb. The palm would not be so soft or hard., but elasticity of the palm is a prominentcharacteristic of this hand.

5. Artistic: Artistic hand is always with long, smooth and pointedtype hand. Figure wise it looks soft and delicate. There would be lack of knots, lack of hair on back of fingers and palm in most of cases. If stretched normally the fingers fall behind. The thumb has elasticelement and easily bent back side; some time even touches the wrist in some persons

6. Flat: Here is a type, which has an image of flat like palm and fingers, straight, with no knots, no complex element, and even thumb would also has a normal flat shape with no soft or hardness of palm or skin but with.

This type of hands is also known as Elementary Hands.

7. Mixed: We are counting mixed as a type because most of the people have mixed typed hand! What ever is said above is mostly IDEAL by itself! Most of the palmist used to categorize the hand type of the client based on major symptoms and characteristics of the particular type.

Here you will not find the visual of this type of hand. If you want to see then just see your own hand. Mostly we all have mixed kind of hands.

Important things: Here are few very important things which are really necessary to consider when really one reads the hand.

1. The type of the hand is to know the primary thing it is just to know the face and its outer curves and to get the skin of the person only, though important.

2. Palmist should know other things to identify the hand type, like; tips, nails and its shape, the palm and its softness, hardness, elasticity.

3. Thumb is also important because it is indicating the person’s will power, logic sense as well as person’s ego and its reaction! Some time thumb leads or changes the hand type!

4. Palmist should also count the palm size, fingers’ size, which is long with which type of hand! Thickness and softness of palm and elasticity of fingers are also important regarding the type of the hand!

5. After this overall surface of the palm, palmist must see the lines and mounts of planets. The comparison and synchronization of the surface and lines and mounts will lead to get an overall totalimage of the palm: This overall total view of the palm would be the real thing for the palmist and reading should be based on this totality of the hand!

6. One can not predict with hand type only, though to know the hand type is necessary. So never avoid hand type and at the same time give proper place to the hand type when start reading the palm and prediction!
